The roles might have bit overlapping. The differences in them is that it outweighs those similarities, yet it is different. The well structure could empower in performing that development that have been work on.

They are aware in what focused at their team in delivering the maximum value. On contrary, they have large span in controlling. They manage variation teams in delivering the complex result. The project managers though only not facilitate the plan in achieving the most efficiency yet also be involved in another several project. They would be supported through the master into doing it. They would provide release of approvals in team.

While the trainer must be more concerned in maximizing that product valued basing at user stories. To those roles, both need different set of skills, they will need different certifications. One acquires the certification from alliance.

It is the agile procedure which allows them in focusing the delivering highest value in business. Then main benefit is the flexibility because it reacts quickly into changes. The system or application is being used in events that needs frequent development or changes.

The scrum would be the agile way in managing project. The software development is perceived as the methodology in a way that the framework would be managing the process. It relies in self organization and cross function team. They should be the organize in over that no team overall leader would decide in what task shall solved.
